VirtueStaff is on the lookout for a talented Software Developer who specializes in automations to join our innovative team. In this dual-role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions alongside creating efficient automation processes.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain software applications tailored to meet client needs
Build and implement automation scripts and workflows to optimize business processes
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional software solutions
Troubleshoot, test, and improve existing software and automation systems
Document software and automation processes for future reference and training
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the application of best practices in development and automation
Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and suggestions to team members

Requirements

Proven experience as a Software Developer with a focus on automations

Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript

Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, N8N, or similar platforms

Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies

Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset

Familiarity with APIs and integrating different software systems

Strong communication skills and ability to work within a collaborative team environment

Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

Experience in documenting processes and workflows
