• Knowledge of one or more cloud environments, such as Azure Cloud, Google Cloud, or AWS EC2
• Ability to work under pressure, time constraints and constant change.
• Experience with complex execution programs (preferably in FS) and high-paced environments, managing fast delivery processes, interacting with technology teams, business actors and end users to achieve desired product features / offering.
• Good English skills geared toward communication, reading and producing documentation.

Desired professional experience :

• 5+ years' experience as a Cloud Architect supporting a large development / technology organization.
• Strong understanding of IT disciplines, including technical architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management or operations
• Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service.
• Experience as a team lead preferred
• Relevant cloud Architect certification is Mandatory (Google, AWS or Azure)

Desired Educational Profile (Not must critical angle)

Master Degree in Computer Science or Engineer.

Main Responsabilities :

• Create a well-informed cloud agnostic strategy and manage the adaption process.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert to the organization for cloud end-to-end architecture, including AWS and future providers, networking, provisioning, and management
• Develop a library of deployable and documented cloud design patterns, based on the HUIT application portfolio, as a basis for deploying services to the cloud
• Demonstrate leadership ability to back decisions with research and the why, and articulate several options, the pros and cons for each, and a recommendation
• Regularly evaluate cloud applications, hardware, and software.
• Work closely with IT security to monitor the company's cloud privacy.
• Provide guidance and expertise on optimized and cost-effective use of cloud infrastructure.
• Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Offer guidance in infrastructure movement techniques including bulk application transfers into the cloud.
• Identify the top cloud architecture solutions to successfully meet the strategic needs of the company.
• Understand industry trends and anticipate future needs for Agile development.
