ACCOUNTABILITIES Analyzes, installs, acquires, modifies and supports operating systems, database or utilities software. Plans, conducts and directs the analysis of business problems with automated systems solutions.

Summary:
Ensures optimum IT infrastructure performance and integrity. Ensures consistency and synchronization across infrastructure components. Ensures performance optimization, and maintenance by following operational procedures for maintaining and upgrading technology as required. Involved in supporting new and existing applications. Works with other IT groups and business units, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.

Principal Responsibilities:
Able to identify inefficient processes and procedures, and introduce automation to improve. Analyzes data critical to capacity forecasting, asset management and procurement. Assist IT managers and IT senior management with planning and reporting. Ensure that the technical environment is properly maintained and correctly designed. Identify performance issues and oversee the development and correct use of tools to resolve these problems. Leads the design of the computing infrastructure, working closely with architects on project design and technical direction. Mentor less experienced team members. Provides expertise in cross-functional and intra-departmental efforts, interfacing with consultants and architects. Strong understanding and competence in virtual computing environment.

The role to cover is for a "stager". Customers will be opening tickets/requests related to penetration tests, and the stager is the person in charge of determining what is the real scenario to be tested, it's feasibility, what resources are needed to be completed and who needs to be involved. The stager will be coordinating all the actions/steps and administrating the available infrastructure, thus, must be a planner and a strategist to be successful. The required experience for the person in this role is: At least 5 years of IT experience in server administration related activities. Security operations experience: specifically in topics related to security patches, gatnering of requirements, penetration testing. Good technical understanding of Blue Teams and Red Teams, as well as firewalls. Advanced English, must be able to lead team meetings and prepare presentations. Soft skills: customer first philosophy, multitask, organized, leadership, know how to prioritize. Tiempo de contrato: Fecha de inicio:07/11/2022 Salario:mayor a 2000
