Sales Administrator Officer

What you will do

As a Sales Administrator Officer you will:

• Execute the end-to-end process for parts orders, return orders, and quotations, including tasks in SAP and other internal tools & systems.
• Execute Pro-active follow-up of remaining orders.
• Participate in defining, developing, and deploying visual management including the right metrics for parts administration.
• Responsible to coordinate with market area when there is an issue with the agreed delivery schedule.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities related to parts administration.

We believe you have

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Advanced English and fluent in Spanish is a must.
• Customer service oriented and experience in continuous improvement projects is desirable.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Knowledge in SAP is a plus.
• Highly motivated, positive, and approachable team player with strong analytical skills and a fast-learning mindset.
