This role is focused exclusively on SoftPlan , and candidates must have prior experience using this software in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Use SoftPlan daily to assist in the production of residential design deliverables.
• Create and modify floor plans, elevations, sections , and 3D models .
• Generate construction documents and print-ready drawing sets directly from the model in real time using SoftPlan.
• Collaborate directly with the client to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.
• Follow clear instructions and produce high-quality work with minimal oversight.
