PPC SPECIALIST- BILLINGUAL

Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a PPC Specialist with proven expertise in Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English and Spanish) and has hands-on experience running and optimizing lead generation campaigns for service-based businesses. This role requires analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to scale campaigns efficiently while maintaining quality and profitability.

1. Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Bing Ads and Google Ads focused on lead generation.
   

2. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
   

3. Write, test, and refine ad copy to maximize CTR and conversion rates.
   

4. Optimize campaigns daily for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality.
   

5. Set up and manage conversion tracking, UTMs, and analytics integrations.
   

6. Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
   

7. Monitor campaign performance and provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
   

8. Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement to scale performance effectively.
   

9. Collaborate with the management and operations teams to align lead flow with service capacity.
   

10. Stay current with industry trends, Google and Microsoft Ads updates, and emerging PPC strategies.
    

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Minimum 2+ years of hands-on PPC experience (Google Ads and Bing Ads required).
   

2. Proven success in lead generation campaigns (preferably in service-based industries).
   

3. Bilingual (English and Spanish) – both written and spoken.
   

4. Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
   

5. Deep understanding of bidding strategies, keyword optimization, and conversion tracking.
   

6. Experience with landing page optimization and data analysis.
   

7. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
   

8. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
   

9. Must be able to work during PST business hours.

Benefits

2. Must be available to work shifts aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST).
   

3. Compensation is provided on a weekly basis.
   

4. Rate for the position $4.00/hr. USD.
