The Job
Your Responsibilities will include :
- Knowledge in product design, editorial design, and packaging design
- Good management of print design, layouts, workbook, swag, and brochures design
- Creating mock-ups and color palettes
- Proficient in creating images that can support the product or brand
- Understanding the customer’s needs
The Profile
Skills Required :
- You must have 1 to 2 years experience in similar positions as a graphic designer and ideally for packaging companies and an understanding of how to work within brand guidelines
- You have expertise using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and all Adobe Creative Cloud products
- You have good communication skills and the ability to convey design concepts to different team members
- You are a fast learner and driven to provide quality results
- You have an understanding of current trends within graphics, images, colors, and logo
- You are amenable to working hours from Monday to Friday from 9 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm
- You have specific experience working with swag-type products, 4-color printing, package design, or box production experience is preferred
- You are self-motivated to go above and beyond to provide an amazing client experience and be a trusted subject matter expert for our internal team
- You must seamlessly be able to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- You must have the ability to manage client projects end to end without losing sight of the overall goals or the smallest of details
- You thrive working as part of a highly collaborative and fast-moving team where everyone pitches in and yet are confident in being able to be a leader in their area of expertise
- You follow established best practices with acute attention to detail but not afraid to suggest new ideas and seeks out new innovative solutions
