Responsibilities :
- Social Media Strategy & Content Planning : Develop and implement social media strategies to drive engagement, brand awareness, and audience growth across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Content Creation & Curation : Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform, ensuring alignment with brand voice and business goals.
- Community Management : Monitor and manage interactions across social media channels, responding to comments and messages promptly to foster a positive online community and improve customer experience.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting : Analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite. Provide regular reports with actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Trend Monitoring & Innovation : Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for content, engagement, and growth. Support on-site marketing activities; contribute to marketing campaign briefings
