Descripción de la vacante

Supervisar todas las operaciones de contabilidad y finanzas de la empresa.
Preparar informes financieros y presentaciones para la dirección.
Llevar a cabo auditorías internas para asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas financieras y legales.
Coordinar con otros departamentos para mejorar la eficiencia financiera.
Participar en la planificación estratégica y la toma de decisiones a nivel de dirección.
Implementar sistemas de contabilidad y procedimientos de control interno.
Asegurar la precisión y la puntualidad de todos los informes financieros.
Desarrollar y mantener relaciones con los socios financieros y los auditores externos.

Perfil del candidato

El / la candidato / a seleccionado / a deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos :

Título en Contabilidad, Finanzas o campo relacionado.

Experiencia previa en un puesto de liderazgo en contabilidad o finanzas.

Experiencia en el sector de bienes raíces es preferible.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.

Fortalezas en la planificación estratégica y la toma de decisiones.

Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de equipo y multitarea.

Familiaridad con las normas financieras y legales en Panamá.

Competencia en el uso de software de contabilidad y Microsoft Office.
