Our client is a digital services provider operating within the iGaming field. They are now growing their CRM department and seeking to hire a CRM Manager for their office in Panama. To lead the planning, execution, and optimization of CRM strategies for one or more key regions within EU markets.
About the Role :
As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful CRM strategies focused on player retention, reactivation, and lifetime value. You will leverage data and player insights to deliver localized and personalized campaigns. This role requires a solid understanding of CRM best practices, player behavior, and industry dynamics, along with proven experience in the gambling industry.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage CRM campaigns aimed at player retention, reactivation, and lifetime value growth.
- Use CRM platforms to automate and personalize campaigns based on player behavior and market-specific preferences.
- Analyze campaign performance and player data to optimize strategies and improve key KPIs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, analytics, and customer support teams.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity within the assigned region(s).
- Continuously evaluate campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies based on insights and data.
Requirements
2+ years of experience as CRM Manager within the iGaming sector with focus on EU markets.Proficient in English, with at least a B2 level (written and spoken).Experience using CRM platforms such as Symplify, Optimove, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools.Analytical mindset and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.Experience managing CRM campaigns across multiple markets or regions.Strong communication and collaboration skills.What is on offer?
