The Role
The Pre-Sales Cold Caller will be responsible for receiving leads from applicants interested in this job contacting truck owner-operators, and generating detailed profiles for each individual who answers. The Pre-Sales Cold Caller must complete a minimum of 15 profiles daily and maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Receive and manage leads provided by the company.
- Make outbound calls to truck owner-operators.
- Gather necessary information to create detailed profiles.
- Ensure a minimum of 15 profiles are completed each day.
- Use CRM tools to track interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with the recruitment team for seamless lead transitions.
Ideal Profile
1. Experience :
At least 1-2 years of phone sales or customer service experience.Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).Previous experience in the trucking or logistics industry is preferred.2. Skills :
Excellent verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Ability to multitask and meet daily targets.Attention to detail for accurate profile creation.3. Education :
High school diploma or equivalent.Additional training in sales or customer service is a plus.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
Complete a minimum of 15 profiles per day.Maintain an 85% accuracy rate in profile information.Respond to leads within 24 hours of receipt.Compensation :
Base salary with potential for performance-based incentives. ($225.00 Weekly)Other Requirements :
