The Job

Your Key Responsibilities :

  • Craft Beautiful Websites : Design and optimize responsive websites that offer exceptional user experiences, ensuring seamless navigation and stunning visual appeal.
  • Improve User Experiences : Conduct UX research, analyze user behavior, and implement data-driven enhancements to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Design Engaging Emails : Develop eye-catching, mobile-friendly email templates for marketing campaigns and transactional messages, ensuring high engagement rates and deliverability.
  • Build High-Converting Landing Pages : Design and develop landing pages that align with business goals and marketing strategies to drive conversions.
  • Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with marketing, development, and content teams to bring your designs to life and deliver results-driven solutions.
  • Maintain Brand Excellence : Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets, creating a cohesive experience across platforms.
  • Test and Refine : Conduct A / B testing for web and email designs, analyze performance data, and refine strategies to enhance user engagement and campaign success.

Ideal Candidate :

What We're Looking For :

  • Proven Expertise : A strong portfolio showcasing your experience in web design, UX / UI, and email design.
  • Tech Skills That Shine : Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, and front-end technologies such as HTML and CSS. Experience with email platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo is a plus.
  • UX / UI Mastery : A deep understanding of user behavior, accessibility standards, and design best practices to craft intuitive and inclusive experiences.
  • Detail-Oriented Mindset : A meticulous approach to creating clean, well-structured designs that enhance functionality and delight users.
  • Strong Communicator : Excellent written and verbal English skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate design concepts.
  • Problem Solver : The ability to analyze challenges and propose creative, user-centered solutions to meet business objectives.
