From a position of strength, The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC), the leader in prestige beauty products, embarked on the Leading Beauty Forward program, chartered to fuel product innovation and enhance market agility. A key element of this strategy was the design of a new way to support its suite of 30 brands globally. The company chose Panama as being best suited to establish its new Global Business Services (GBS) operation center. This new center will initially deliver Finance, Human Resources and Legal services to ELC employees across several geographies and time zones. Through a new innovative service minded approach, this center will redefine service standards globally at ELC. This new GBS team will provide a one-stop-shop solution for the ELC businesses, supported by new customer engagement insights, new systems, and new reporting. In addition to delivering exceptional service to the ELC businesses each day, the GBS team will also be responsible for continuously streamlining work in pursuit of growing its service offering in support of achieving ELC’s strategic and business objectives. Position Overview

The FP&A Global Supply Chain Sr. Analyst position is designed to assist in the planning, execution, continuous improvements, verification and analysis of the different deliverables in terms of reporting, KPIs and analytics to stakeholders for plants, warehousing and transportation. This is a crucial position that is expected to build executive presentations of the data and provide analytics / insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business leaders in day-to-day decision making by providing financial data in a management-friendly format and insights / drivers of the business.
  • Connect the industry trends and insights to identify opportunities for the Company.
  • Deliver quality and timely on monthly activities, providing perspective on the teams progress and improvement plans
  • Maintain good relations with our stakeholders knowing their necessities and quick wins turn around.

  • Good discipline to follow up of new developments and innovation efforts.
  • New interventions of the processes that allows to save time and ensuare the quality.
  • Identification of improvement and automation opportunities across deliverables.
  • Develop analytics to facilitate decision making to stakeholders.

  • Qualifications

  • Major in Business, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 2.5 Years of experience.
  • Fully bilingual, English and Spanish.
