Onboarding & Offboarding – Ensure a seamless, structured experience for every remote hire, from first touch to full integration. When employees exit, you’ll make sure nothing falls through the cracks.Employee Relations & Wellness Checks – Keep a pulse on engagement, performance, and morale across a fully remote, global team. Solve problems before they escalate and build a culture where employees feel connected and supported.Client Communication – Act as a trusted HR partner to our U.S. clients, ensuring they have a direct line for onboarding concerns and HR-related needs.HR Reporting & Metrics – Leverage data and insights to anticipate issues before they arise. You won’t just report on workforce trends—you’ll use them to proactively improve employee satisfaction, retention, and efficiency.The Profile
