We are a leading New York-based security company delivering cutting-edge electronic security solutions to Fortune 500 companies and government agencies worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Operations Administrative Manager who can lead complex security projects and drive operational excellence. The Role

What You'll Do :

  • Lead Complex Security Projects : You’ll be at the forefront, planning and executing advanced security projects to meet both client needs and our high company standards.
  • Own Project Lifecycles : From bidding to deployment, you’ll manage the entire lifecycle of security solutions, ensuring that everything runs on time and stays within budget.
  • Vendor & Partner Management : You’ll build strong relationships with vendors and technology partners, negotiating the best terms and ensuring we have everything we need to meet project demands.
  • Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with project managers and internal teams to forecast project needs, schedule tasks, and effectively allocate resources.
  • Implement Rigorous Review Mechanisms : You'll ensure projects stay aligned with client specifications and industry regulations by applying thorough review processes.
  • Develop & Train Your Team : Oversee the training and development of team members so they are prepared for the challenges that come with complex security integrations.

Ideal Profile

What You Bring :

  • Experience : A minimum of 5 years in electronic security or a related field, with a proven track record in a management role.
  • Project Management Expertise : Demonstrated success managing security projects for high-profile clients, including Fortune 500 companies and government agencies.
  • Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of current electronic security products and systems, enabling you to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Communication Skills : You’re comfortable engaging with everyone, from C-level executives to government officials and internal teams, driving effective collaboration.
  • Attention to Detail : You’re meticulous and can juggle multiple tasks, even under pressure.
  • Strategic Thinking : You’re able to think several steps ahead, solving problems efficiently and keeping projects on track.
