WHAT YOU WILL DO : As part of the Tour Success team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our worldwide tours, from the planning stages to the on-tour experience, and through post-trip follow-up. Your main role is to assist our Tour Success Team in ensuring a beautiful experience for our customers.This is a full-time, fixed-term coordinator position starting on January 13th, 2025, and ending on July 31st, 2025.The role entails a mandatory five-day in-office onboarding period, after this you can adhere to our hybrid schedule.This position is in based in Panama, the team you will be supporting is based in Zurich, Switzerland and to maximize collaboration, the working hours for the role are from 7 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm, with one hour lunch allowing for optimal overlap with the Zurich office. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide EF Tour Directors with information and support during execution of the tour.
  • Emergency telephone service for operational on tour.
  • Provide on-tour support and assist with the operational tasks required to produce a tour.
  • Assisting with group bookings for business partners, museums, and activities.
  • Handle late tour changes such as late additions and cancellations of travelers.
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders, such as Tour Optimization and the Tour Director Department to enhance our customer experience.
